If a person get up early on May morning and milks his neighbour's cows he will have the luck of their butter for the year. Long ago when people made a churning they put a piece of butter behind the door for the fairies to get. On May day if a priest goes into a house someone in the house throws a "beesum" after him when he is leaving in order to have good luck.
