    Once upon a time there lived an old woman and her son.

    (continued from previous page)
    The boy went looking for more berries and he found a great many in another field.
    He thought to himself that he had no basket to put them in.
    Soon after he saw a beautiful lady coming towards him and a golden bowl in her hand.
    She gave him the bowl and filled it with berries and went home told her mother what happened. When the bowl was empty they saw writing on it: it was for the boy's kind deed.
