  2. At Grace Dieu there is a curve in the ditch about two hundred [yards] west of Tom Hand's house. In the space by the roadside there is the mark of two graves which have been recently covered over by clay which has been thrown out of the ditch when the road was being repaired. The people of Roscall say that two rebels that were killed in the insurrection of '98 were buried there.
