- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)but they were scared away by a supernatural beast which is supposed to be guarding it. The crowbar was never seen again. Lights have been seen in this bush. She cannot discover by whom it was put there or what the treasure is.
- Coming from Ballintra to Ballyshannon to the right of the road, there is a townland called Lurgan. In this townland there is a cairn round which are many rocks and caves. In one of these caves there are supposed to be three barrels containing money. These barrels have the hooks falling off them. A man called Tom Thompson of Alla, Cavangarden dreamed about this and went to the cave but got nothing.
