    right down to the backdoor.
    When he recovered from the fright, he went outside to see if anything was amiss. To his horror he beheld to of his best cows lying dead in the field and his horse lying beside them in a dazed condition.
    The poor man began to shout in his loudest voice and before long all his neighbors were gathered round him. When discovering the loss he had come to they consoled him as best they could and advised him to forget his losses and to thank the Lord for having himself escaped the terrors of the dreadful storm.
