    Hallow Eve Customs and Traditions
    (n) Put the letters of the alphabet into a cup of water. The initials of your intended will turn up.
    (o) Ring, threepenny bit and thimble in a cake. Whoever got the ring would be married, but whoever got the threepenny bit would be an old maid. The thimble meant death of the finder.
