- Chuir righ as Albain sgéal anonn chuig Fionn Mac Cumhail go rabh sé ag cur troda air. Bhí a háthair beo an t-am sin agus nuair a chonnaic sé é ag teacht chuir sí isteach sa chliabhán é. Nuair a tháinig sé isteach chuir sé ceist cá raibh Fionn. D’innis sí do go rabh sé amuigh ag seilg acht thaisbean sí an leanbh do.
Nuair a chonnaic sé go rabh an leanbh comh mór sin shíl sé go rabh Fionn an mhór ar fad. Nuair a d’imthighs é amach rith sé an méid a bhí in a chnámha le bheith ar shiubhal sul a dtiocfdadh Fionn abhaile.
