- There was once a man who lived in Trantaboy whose name was McNamee. He had only one son who went away to Austerlia to push his fortune. He got work with a farmer as a horseman.
One day his father was working with a crow - bar quarrying stones. So when he had the second stone out of the ground the crow - bar slipped out of his hand and disappeared. So where do you think it landed but beside his son who was working in Austerlia with a great team of horses. So when he saw the crow - bar he stopped and looked at it in a surprize. And he said to himself I am d- d this is my father's crow - bar for I know the mark on it.- Collector
