to Mr McIvor of Burnfoot who is a merchant there and owns a large shop but sometimes we keep a certain quantity of the wool and send it to Convoy, or Dublin Mills Co. Donegal or else to Dublin in order to get blankets made.
In spinning the wool it is carded and them put on the wheel and made into yarn. This yarn is put on another implement called a Reel which rolls it into sceans or cuts. Sometimes it is knitted into socks.
