    the treasure up.
    Before long they dug up the plates too, and the fairy appeared. It warned them also but they kept on digging.
    Not long after this one of the diggers dropped dead. The rest of them thought the death was caused by the fairy so covering up the hole they ran home.
    From that day to this the treasure was never found.
