About 56 years ago Neil McColgan's father (Neil lives here) was building a house. He had no stones. He looked every place but he could get none. The next day he went down to the garden and started to quarry a rock there. That night no person in the house could sleep for the fairies started knapping the stones until Neil and his father had to put all the stones back again into the quarry.
This story is told by Neil who still lives. His place the Rock and he is known as "Neil at the Rock".(no title)
