- one evening two boys went into a quiet graveyard to divide marbles. They laid the marbles down on a flat "table" tombstone.
Soon after a man passed by and heard the words "This is mine, That is yours, this is mine, that is yours." The man was afraid and ran away. He met another man down the road, and told him what he had heard.
The two men went back to the graveyard and hid behind the wall. The counting was still going on. The man considered the matter and decided that God and the Devil must be in the graveyard counting souls for Heaven and Hell.
Both men hurried away and told the story to everybody they knew.- Collector
