    There is a lot of stones in Baile na gCnocán...

    There is a loct of stones in Baile na gCnocán. It is said that a member of the Smyth family was burried there long ago.
    There is another loct in Cnoc hAise.
    It was the burrial place for children 600 years ago.
    There is a rock in Buaicín where mass used to be said during the Penal Laws. It is said that the priest knelt on the rock and left a hole there. There is water in the hole every day of the year with which the people bless themselves when they pass the rock.
