    A churning is made once a week and sometimes twice, and now I am going to give you some information about it. The churning a long ago were a lot different to those now-a-days. The way they used to make them long ago is first they would clean the churn and then get what is called the dash, the clapper, and the lid. Then they would start beating the dash
