   The people got up early that morning to watch the sun rise so it was supposed that on that morning the sun danced as it rose.
   2. The people ate many eggs on that morning as they had not eaten any since Lent started.

   May Day.
   1. The people did not throw out any ashes or dust on that day as they throught it unlucky.
   2. They also churned on that day in order that they would have plenty of butter for the year.
   3. They would not give away anything on that day especiall milk as they thought they would be giving it away again for
