  2. Churning

    There is also a machine for churning. It is made thus:- First there is a long coil of iron beside the roof of the dairy. Then there is a long pole going from one gable to the other. In the middle of this pole there is a hole into which the the dash is put. At the end of the pole there is another pole or stick coming downwards and the person catches this and thus the churning is made.
