Farm Animals.The farm animals are:- cows, pigs, horses and sheep.We have a cow at home and we call her the "Maol" because she hasnt any horns and we also call her "Polly."
We have another cow we call the "Big Cow" because she is bigger than the other cows.
When a person is driving out a cow he says "Amach leat."
When a person is tying a cow he says "Deasuigh suas."
In the cow-house there is a long chain for tying the cows. It is call the "ceannasg."
Some people milk cows before calving so as to relieve the cow. There the horse is kept there is usually a manager to hold the horse's food.
Where pigs are kept is called the piggery.
