    met an old woman who asked her for a drink. The little girl gave her a drink and in return for her kindness the old woman gave her the following gift. "From now on," she said, "every time you speak, if you wish a pearl will fall from your lips with each word."
    She went home and when her mother saw the beautiful pearls dropping from her daughters mouth, she was filled with surprise. She immediately asked her what happened while she was out for the water. The girl told her about meeting the strange old woman at the well, and the goodness to her in giving her this marvelous wish of getting pearls in return
