The ball is in a town called Charley. It rings every seven years. it took a good many horses to pull the ball. They stole the ball at night. While the monks were in the Abbey they did a good deal of writing. When they had a good deal of writing done the books used to be torn. Then they learned it off by heart. When the monks left the nuns took it.
