    unane well also. There is no other story or legend that I know of about Eunan around here. Saint Eunan had no monastry around here. It is said that it was he that founded Tubberunane well also and it is also said there is a flag and a heap of stones where he used to kneel on the flag. The wells are supposed to have been two miracles of his. Long ago it is said the old people used to pit their children for luck so that they would not die in that (Tubberunane well. No one around here knows of any special prayers said to Saint Eunan or there is no holiday either kept in honour of the saint in this parish. There is no person called after Eunan in this
