- Henry Breheny was a native of Bella Collooney where he lived on a small farm of land with his mother and sister until he was abut 27 years . He was apparently a very good Irishman and loved his country against the British forces fifteen or sixteen years ago . He immediately took up arms as a member of the Irish Republican Army and he did his part all through the fight that was waged up and down the country at that time until the British government agreed to a settlement or Treaty with representatives of the Irish . Some of the Irish agreed to this treat and some of them did not , with the result Henry Breheny once more took up arms with the Irish Republican Party against against the forces(continues on next page)
