    those forts that the fairies were supposed to come from when they brought away Brian Mullaney. The fairies are supposed to go about from one to the other at night. The old people told me that the rocks were full of ghosts and if you pass there about twelve o'clock yo well see them.
    There is a fort in Jon Lang's land in Cloughmine There is another one in Pat Leydon's land in Highwood. There is one in Tom Nangle's land in Cabra. There is one in a field of Patrick Conlon's in Moytura and another in a field of Pat Conlon's in Ballinleg. There is a fort also in Michael Hoe Queenan's land in Highwood. All those are in the parish of Geevagh and in County Sligo.
