    the south and married a Twomey man who owned all Tureencahill at that time. They lived in the western part of the townland and had a forge there as he was a Smith as well as owner of a large tract of land. They had no children. He died first and gave her the land. She was no use to keep the place so she "got broke" and was put out of the land. It is said she had a pile of gold hidden which was never found.
