    Once upon a time there was a man and a woman planting potatoes when the man was covering the potatoes he came on a stone he thought it was a small one but he put in a day lifting the stone he knew then that it a big stone. Having lifted the stone he saw a fairy sitting on what he took to be a crock he lifted it and found he was right and was very glad when he saw it was full of gold. The fairy that he saw sitting on the crock was sewing and the fairy told him not to tell anyone about the treasure he took the crock home and told his mother about it and he put in his crock for a handful of gold but to his dissapointment he only lifted out two spools of thread and he was so angry the he took the crock out on the
