    The spiders from their cobwebs creep.
    Red sky in morning is a sign of rain.
    Smoke falling down the chimney
    Sun going down red is a sign of good weather.
    The robin on the top branch singing in morning (good sign). Crouched in low branch (rain).
    They used to rise on May morning to see what way the 1st smoke blew. If it blew north it was a sign of a good summer.
    If cat washes her face it is a sign of good day but if she puts her paw behind her ear it forebodes bad weather.
    Blue blaze in fire sign of frost.
    A clear sky in the morning is an indication of good day.
    Soot falling chimney denotes rain, also mist on window.
    Before a storm sheep gather to one corner of field.
