There is a fort in a field not far from our house. Long ago when our neighbour cows used to go into the field, one of the cows used to go into the fort every morning. Every evening a hare used to come out of the fort and milk one of the cows and go back again. It is believed that the hare was a woman who wanted to carry the milk from the man.- Informant
