red fox who scampered away across the grass. Off with myself after him and after a hard chase I caught him by the bushy tail. The creature was frightened and he gasped and coughed pitifully until at last he coughed up a heap of books. "Ooh!" says the king. "Well I took up one of the books and I opened it and what do you think I read there"? "What"? says the king. "That your father was in service by my father". "You lie", says the king and the youth smiled at his own success for none could keep the kingdom or the princess from him now.
