Cars would run on the road without horses. The milk of the country would be churned in the one churn. There would be a slated house on every hill and a bridge on every stream. The babies in the cradles would be wearing shoes. There would be a hat on every ceólán and the girls of Ireland would lose their shame. There would be a premium for old age, and men would deny their own cattle at their door. A stocking of oaten meal would be more value that a stocking of gold.
