    hear a lot of voices and heavy noise. He decided to lie under some bushes to let them pass. To his surprise it was a funeral. A lot of little men were carrying the coffin. Right opposite where he was they laid it down, and called him by his name to give them help. He did so and they brought him to a field. They laid down the coffin and have him a hurley.
    They all started to play. He got frightened as he began to suspect that they were fairies. They played away until the cocks crew. Then they disappeared and the man was left standing in the field by himself.
    The morning dawned gradually and the man was able to find his way from the field, and after a while he reached his own house
