    them with lambs wool. They sold them to the people.
    John Cramp was a great sieve and riddle maker. He used to make them with splinters of ash trees.
    There were also some coopers in Graigue long ago. The coopers were Martin Gahan and John Dormar. They used to make tubs, churns, and firkins.
    Bee-hive making is carried on still by a few people. Mrs Brophy and Mrs Doharty of High Street make straw hives. They gather blackberry briars, and dog rose briars. The "she briars" are best. The dog briars dry too quickly and are too hard. The briars are peeled and then split. The big ones are split in four and the thin ones in two
