Parnell started a society called the "Landleague" and on that ticket he was made member of Parliment with Michael Davitt, William O'Brien and Tim Healey which was a great Kingscouncil and in the year '83 they brought in a bill to give Ireland Home Rule which was passed on three readings in the Parliament House in Westminster in London but the House of Lords at that time in England had power to throw out the Home Rule Bill and Parnell had to come back to Ireland worse than he went away.
