    Signs of the weather
    If the crows are skating in the sky it is the sign of a storm.
    A redness in the morning is the sign of rain.
    A redness in the evening is sign that the following day will be warm.
    If the seagulls are flying inland it is the sign of rain.
    When there are lots of stars in the sky it is a sign of frost.
    When the wind comes form the North it is a sign of rain.
    When the birds are high up in the trees it is a sign of fine weather.
