- Around Goresbridge it is the custom on the night of a wedding for youths to disguise themselves and dress themselves up in fantastic costumes. Thus attired and playing various instruments they proceed to the house where the wedding festivities are being carried on.
It is understood that they must always be admitted, and they they entertain the guests, and in turn are supposed to be entertained themselves, this is called "Colicking".
