    In this district the Protestants are in possession of all the prescriptions for cures. It is said that in the time of Cromwell when the monastries and churches were destroyed that those cures were taken from the monks and given to the English planters. When a person suffers from the Yellow Jaundice or Cancer or any other disease they often visit those Protestants. Some of the names of those families of Protestant denomination who possess cures and
