    Once upon a time there was a beautiful lady named Brigid Purcell who lived at a place called Flagmount. One night she was walking through the fields and she met a very old woman coming towards her. Brigid said "good night" and the old woman said 'good-night" and stopped to talk to Brigid. The woman asked her what her name was and the girl said her name was Brigid Purcell. The old woman told Brigid that there was a crock of gold buried at the foot of one of those trees. The girl asked what tree it was buried at and the woman said it was the tree that they were standing at. Brigid was very fond of money and at
