    One night a man was coming home from town. It was about twelve oclock in the night. When he came to the old road at the freeschool a black sow walked out and delayed him along the road. When he came to the old dark gate at Brennan's a big black man walked across. The sow was his friend and the black man would have killed him if she had not delayed him.
