  1. My home district is Ballyhuppahawn. It is in the parish of Rosenallis and in the barony of Tinnahinch, This district got it's name from the herds of goats that lived on the mountain in former times. There are about fifteen families in it and about fifty four people.Long ago there were more people living in it, but it is now thinly populated.Mostly of the houses are one storied and thatched roofs and others are two storied and slated roofs. You would also see some old houses in ruins. There are two old people living in the district, They can tell stories in English.Mr,Brownlow is a famous story teller, he lives in Ballyhuppahawn. The river Barrow flows through my locality. There is no lake of any importance in it.
