- We have a churn at home. We got it about two years ago. It is about five feet in height, the sides of it being curved. It consists of various parts namely the handle, the hoops and the lid. The lid consists of five clasps, a rubber ring, a glass and an air valve.
The churning is done about three times a week in Summer and twice a week in Winter. During the churning process hot water is poured in. In Winter and in Summer cold water is poured in.
