  1. There is a field on the lands of Mr,Peter Gorman Clonaheen in which gold is supposed to be buried. The field in which money is buried is called "Mockan's Meadow". There was a path there a few years ago. The money is supposed to be buried under a big rock a few yards away from a stile in the field.There are little men and women supposed to be minding it. It is said that a life would be lost before the money would be found.
