  1. There is supposed to be money hidden at the "White Stile" in Clonaheen. This stile is situated on Mr Peter Gorman's land. It is said to have been buried there by Mr Robert Grant who used to steal from the rich and give to the poor.One day someone told him he was going to be arrested and he hid the money there, He was arrested sometime afterwards but he never got back to take the money. When he was dying he told someone that there was as much money hidden between the white stile and the ash tree as would support a generation. People
