  1. (continued from previous page)
    Of the people within thee
    So simple and plain,
    Who all travellers greet
    In a most courteous way,
    And a kind hearty manner
    To new-comers display,
    So now we would give,
    of Wishes the best,
    That their beautiful land,
    By God may be blessed,
    That peace may abound
    Therein evermore,
    And blessings may be
    For its people in store.
    Composed by J. Calcutt Mountrath.
    Who died in
    September 1938.
