    We have a churn at home.
    It is 3 feet high.
    The sides are curved.
    It is 4 years old.
    The sides are called the barrel of the churn.
    There are no makes on the side or bottom.
    We usually churn once a week.
    Churning is done by hand.
    When the butter swims on the top of the milk we know the churning is done.
    Water is always poured in during the process.
    In winter hot water is poured in in order to raise the temperature of the cream. In summer cold
