- People ate three meals every day, namely breakfast, dinner and supper. The breakfast was eaten in the morning, dinner at mid-day and supper in the evening.People always worked in the morning before having food.The breakfast consisted of porridge and oaten bread. The dinner varied sometimes it consisted of porridge sometimes potatoes and bacon and so on.
