  1. Fairy Forts
There is a fairy fort near the town of Boyle beside the railway. There are no windows in it and the door is very small.
People say there is music heard around it on Christmas Eve night and there is a very bright light seen in the middle of it.
There is a fairy fort in a field about two miles from Boyle, on the Carrick road. People say that on certain nights, the fairies ride all around the fort.
