    Flounder and Golden wonders.
    The varieties that are grown mostly around this place were Champions, Arranbanners and Kerrpinks.
    The people used to make starch out of the potatoes in olden times. They used to peel the skins off them and grate them. Then they used to put boiling water on them and used that as starch.
