    there is a wooden handle for pulling up and down and this blows the fire. There is one fireplace in it.
    The smith used many implements while at work namely a hammer for driving in nails, a pinchers for drawing them out, a punch for boring the hole in the shoe, a sledge for hammering the iron into what ever shape he wishes, and a knife. He shoes horses and asses but he does not shoe cattle.
    There are not any farm implements made in the local forge but all kinds of implements are mended there.
