  2. There are three forges in the parish namely Hoare's Bracken's, Hands. Hoares forge is near a crossroads named Tarmon-Barry. The blacksmith's makes gates, plough's and harrows. There is no work done in the open air it is all done inside in the forge. When the blacksmith is making anything he has to put down coal to
