    across the road. Long ago the women used come bare footed as far as the srutháin, then wash their feet in the water and put on their shoes going in to town and coming back they used take them off again.
    Cnuc Cán Fhínn is a big hill between Mar Dyke and Upper Bridge Street.
    Crosses. The cross Boreen is situated in High St by Mr Mc Cathry's house. It is a short cut to Chapel Lane. In the winter days it is very wet and you could not walk on it.
