  2. Games I Play
I play many games such as "A Little Dog at Home" "Thread-Thread-the-Needle Sew-Sew-Sew", "Four cornered Fool", "Big ship sails", "Hide -and-go-seek", "Colours", "Frog in the well".
    "A Little Dog at Home"
A number of girls catch in a ring. One girl goes round and picks out the one she likes best. Then one asks the other "Where are you going", "To Clover Hill". "What doing there?" "Teaching school" "How many scholars?" "Twenty two". "How many dunces?" "Two like you". Then one girl catches the other and so on until the game is finished.
