- There are rumours of gold being hidden in various places, but however people are very seldom able to locate them. Near my house in the townland of Mountmusic is the ivied ruins of the house in which lived the highway robber Paddy Mc Gee.
People from time to time have lifted the big flags on the floor of this house expecting to find some money there but it was all in vain. No attempt however was made to knock the walls as they are still quite firm but covered with ivy. Paddy Mc(continues on next page)- Collector
